Identify, fund, and implement process improvements and capability changes.A day in your life might include...--- Manage capital projects ranging from $10,000 to $5,000,000.--- Investigate operational problems and work with multi-functional teams to implement solutions.--- Develop and align with stakeholders on requirements for assigned projects.--- Work with maintenance, operations, and quality during daily direction setting (DDS) team meetings to ensure a robust manufacturing process--- Develop capital project submissions employing clear and concise project documentation.What we need from you...--- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (EE/ME/CHE).--- 10+ years of industrial experience OR MS/MBA with 2-5 years of industrial experience.--- Experience with and understanding of manufacturing processes.--- Experience managing large capital projects utilizing project management processes.--- Experience leading a multi-disciplined team through capital project creation and execution.What we need from you...--- Advanced computer skills in MS Project, MS Office, and Procurement systems.--- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.--- Preferred: Food and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.--- Preferred: Relevant experience with: Programable Logic Controllers (PLC), HMI systems, and various Motion Controllers/Actuators.--- Preferred: Project management professional (PMP)certification.What you'll bring to the team...--- Good analytical skills: Ability to troubleshoot hardware and processes.--- Strong cause-effect analytical abilities to solve problems.--- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.--- Highly motivated, self-directed and the ability to multi-task.--- Willingness to work off-shifts and weekends to support projects and processes.--- Ability to think on one's feet, make decisions on the fly, and react to ever-changing situationsCompensation and Benefits:The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$72,900.00 - $131,100.00Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
