Description Your JobDEPCOM Power is looking for an Electrical Superintendent to join DEPCOM's Construction team in either the Self Perform or Subcontract division.This role involves 95% travel. Our TeamAt DEPCOM Power, we design, build and operate some of the largest and most efficient solar plants for leading utility companies and asset owners. The construction team consists of two divisions including General Contracting and Self Perform. DEPCOM's Construction team is comprised of field experts in utility scale Solar construction. As a Koch Company, we implement Principle Based Management to continue driving innovation, hold our team to the highest standard and streamline our overall processes to ensure project success for each of our clients. What You Will Do

• Oversee and manage multiple electrical subcontractors & employees onsite
• Identify, plan and mitigate schedule delays, quality control, safety hazards, and other site related issues
• Ensure employees & subcontractors work and site conditions are congruent with plans, specifications, and contracts
• Maintain daily reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Solve any electrical problems as they arise Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Utility scale solar experience in construction
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors at once
  • Knowledge of the NEC code
