Job Description:

The Network Analyst is an integral part of the voice, data and security systems that are core to the data infrastructure of FirstHealth of the Carolinas. Will add, delete, move, setup, and upgrade peripheral equipment to voice, data and security networks and standalone systems.Maintain, troubleshoot, install, and repair the voice and data networks and standalone systems, including all peripheral, security, switch, router, closet equipment and cabling.Effectively communicate inside and outside of the Network Services group to other FHC resources for departmental project completion.Work effectively with the IS Management team and the IS Project Manager to provide the sound data information solutions for the organization. Maintain a current inventory of network hardware and software. Document, map and maintain network infrastructure and engineering documents for all projects. Maintain and troubleshoot network security appliances including Firewalls, VPNS and IPS/IDS sensors. Maintain and troubleshoot IP Telephony systems.
Technical School graduate or equivalent experience required. Training in Cisco voice, data or security systems required. Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the existing (or similar) networking equipment, including Cisco routers, switches, IOS, LAN, WLAN, WAN, security management, Unified Communications, VoIP, IP PBX, ITP, and CIPVS systems. Other related Information Systems experience is also preferred. Certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent advanced industry work experience beyond the minimum is required. Additionally, certification in one of the following Cisco certifications is preferred:CCNA Voice, CCNA Wireless, CCNA Security, CCNA Video, CCNA Data Center, CCNP.
After successful completion of 90 day probationary period, position will be primarily remote.
