Build your own team.Entrepreneurship without all the risk.Huge earning potential based on you and your teams direct performance.Exit/Retirement opportunity just as if you owned your own business.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLMA- Leadership, Manage and Accountability to include:Manage all daily field operations to be performed by the market branch.Maintain quality control across all services delivered to customers.Build, train, and strategically place technicians in roles where they will be successful.Daily check-ins with Dispatcher to confirm schedule compliance, routes, and maximize productivity.Frequent 1:1 conversations and annual reviews to build relationships with the team as well as having transparent conversations about areas of opportunity.Actively seek personal growth by collaborating with experts in our Shared Services support team.Revenue Growth and Sales to include:Network and build relationships to increase local client base.Enforce standard operating procedures for field technicians with regard to estimating, invoicing, and collecting payment. This may include working with our accounting team to keep accounts receivable below a reasonable balance.Follow up on open estimates, book sold estimates into jobs, and work with Dispatching to add additional appointments to ongoing jobs as needed.Review scheduled jobs daily and confirm we can meet customer expectations.Develop and coordinate after-hours/emergency schedule to support call coverage and coordinate with the Dispatch team so they are able to schedule accordingly.Review Profit & Loss statements with Ownership to identify opportunities to improve operations.Development, Coaching and Training to include:Hold team/departmental meetings to train on operating procedures, in-home communications, and sales.Ride along in the field as needed for on-the-job training and mentorship purposes.Project management to include:Ordering permits, ordering materials and equipment with correct Purchase Order naming and handle logistics of making sure the team has what it needs.Monitor and compare material/equipment costs across suppliers to keep them competitive.Culture Advocate to include:Be a champion of our company culture to drive NuBlue Air forward in exceeding our teams, customers, and communities expectations.Be a leader that demonstrates humility, a collaborative work environment, and makes an impact in the surrounding community.Have a passion for continued learning and surpassing customers expectations.Grooming and encouraging technicians and apprentices to improve technical ability and soft skills in order to grow them into top-performing HVAC technicians.Other related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in HVAC service, install, and/or sales across residential and commercial contracting.2+ years of experience in customer-facing sales (service tasks, upselling, and system replacement leads).Must have Residential/Commercial HVAC Contractors License.Desired Qualifications:Experience as a departmental leader/manager within the HVAC industry.Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software and the ability to adopt new features.Microsoft Office skills (Outlook email, PDF, Word documents).Personable with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in a mostly customer-facing environment.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to perform well in a high paced environment.Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Language Skill LevelAbility to read, analyze, and interpret common technical, financial, and legal documents.Mathematical Skill LevelAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.Reasoning Skill LevelAbility to solve practical problems.Ability to recognize/define problems and address them in a professional manner.Physical Demands - FrequentStandWalkUse handsReach with hands and armsClimb or balanceStoop, kneel, crouch or crawlTalk/HearAbility to lift more than 50 lbsEducationHS diploma/GED or equivalentNuBlue Service Group is an equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
