Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
(CRM).
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on product customization, complex workflows, and diverse data
sets to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Develop, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for
enterprise web application products
Engage in client communications to understand their specific needs
and ensure that the delivered solutions meet their expectations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
work experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA, with a focus on testing
enterprise-level software solutions
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an
Agile environment
Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and
documentation
Experience in client communications to understand their needs and
provide feedback and recommendations
