Senya Tech Ltd./Senya Crushers (senyacrushers.com) is a small aggregate processing construction equipment manufacturer in Raleigh, NC. We are extremely innovative, pioneering the MICRO Aggregate Processing Category for the small to mid-sized contractor in the Aggregate Processing and Construction business. With our recent move of production in our MICRO Crusher line to Raleigh NC, we are now very proud to say manufactured in the USA! We are looking for the right candidate to work into a long term opportunity as a valued full time employee of our small manufacturing team with growth into some management responsibilities in machine manufacturing, service and maintenance, and potentially eventually customer service/repair/maintenance/customer training with some light travel. Experience driving forklift and skid steer a plus, but willing to train. Welding Experience a plus as well. As a member of the Production team, you will work with Sales, Operations, Service and Maintenance and report to our Production Manager. What You Will Do: daily assembly of large construction machinery with small production team What You Will Bring: We are looking to fill several positions from an entry level 1-3 years of relevant experience as well as more experienced more experienced technicians looking for a long term home. The following credentials/skills are what we prefer though we are willing to offer on the job training as necessary: High School or GED Assembly and manufacturing experience on heavy machinery, Welding Experience Forklift and Skidsteer/Bobcat Operation Engine service and maintenance Electrical Wiring Experience Ability to do heavy lifting and physical labor as needed Why You'll Love Us: We're a small company looking for the right person to enjoy working with our production team in our small shop. Salary range for this position is $36K-$42K per year base salary +plus bonus/commission after a preliminary period. Bonus on company meeting plan (we always have) $7500-$15K+ additional per year or more.
