The Co-Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, championing customer service, and driving sales while maintaining the essence of what makes Lowe's Foods unique. Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store. Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction through effective team management. Assist in staff hiring, training, and development, focusing on exceptional customer engagement and operational excellence. Manage inventory levels, ordering processes and merchandising to maximize sales and efficiency. Implement strategies to achieve sales goals and profitability targets. Maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Monitor and manage expenses and budgets to ensure financial targets are met. Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage budgets and financial outcomes Highly organized with good time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience with inventory management software and POS systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Preferably certified in Retail Management Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus
