Jakes is looking for a highly motivated HVAC Sales Representative to join our team! If you thrive on driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting top-quality HVAC products and services, this role is for you. Position Highlights: Compensation: 8% of sale amounts per year - 60K is guaranteed for the first year Industry: HVAC systems. Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the home services industry. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. - Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company pricing and profitability guidelines. - Collaborate with internal teams, including installation and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. - Follow up on existing sales bids and leads to maximize opportunities. - Maintain accurate customer information in the company’s CRM system. - Participate in training to stay updated on the latest industry technologies and trends. - Support team members and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the home services or HVAC industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - A self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed sales targets. - Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. - Familiarity with CRM programs and technology training is a plus.
