N2's Design team is seeking a talented part-time Publication Designer who possesses a keen eye for detail, strong layout experience, a willingness to learn our processes, and a collaborative, can-do attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving creative team that produces high-quality publications every day. This is a fully remote position with working hours of fewer than 30 hours per week, but there is the opportunity to work full-time hours for several weeks around the middle of the month. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience. The salary is $21 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Role in Action Layout and design a large volume of pages of nationally distributed magazines. Work in a high-speed, deadline-intensive setting. Adhere to accuracy, brand, and quality standards. Have a " We , Not Me " mentality as a member of a team of designers. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who'll hit the ground running with: Strong competence with Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly InDesign. Keen eye for clean, engaging, and well-structured layout design. Delivering design work with both speed and precision. Basic understanding of Google Sheets and Asana.
