Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Requirements: - Able to promptly
manage and complete incomplete shifts. - Capable of managing and
filling callout shifts. - Skilled in building and maintaining
relationships with high-profile, private-pay, national accounts,
and Bright Horizons cases. - Maintain a professional demeanor.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Keep shifts available. - Use systems
to offer available shifts. - Post upcoming shifts for clients
promptly. - Answer at least 85% of incoming calls. - Return calls
within 24 hours. Qualifications: - Valid CNA license required. -
Excellent communication skills. - Ability to handle conflicts and
make sound decisions. - Strong knowledge of homecare regulations
and company policies. Hours Required for the Position: - 40 hours
per week - Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. - 15 hours of
in-office work distributed throughout the week - 25 hours in the
field covering shifts - Paid hourly - No mileage reimbursement -
Two weeks PTO available
