seeking an experienced chemical bulk Terminal Manager to join our
team in Navassa, NC. Quality Carriers is the largest bulk
transportation company in the North American continent, combining
the largest fleet of stainless steel tanks with the industry's
broadest and most complete terminal network and over 3,500 tractors

service; supply chain cost reductions; and technical support. As a
Terminal Manager, you are responsible for the daily management of
terminal operations, including dispatch and driver supervision;
customer service and satisfaction; billing and terminal
profitability. Essential functions: Supervising daily dispatch
functions (i.e. assisting with decision making and driver
management). Driver recruitment, retention, payroll, correcting
settlement issues, maintenance and enforcement of safety
compliance. Monitoring dispatched loads to ensure equipment
coverage and availability. Customer Service in regards to rates,
service, and resolution. Monitoring terminal expenses and revenue.
Minimum Education: Business Degree preferred, HS Diploma required
Minimum Qualifications: 5 years Supervisory experience in a
trucking environment 5 years bulk tank truck experience preferred
Good communication and customer service skills Strong business
acumen Working knowledge of budgets (P&Ls) Problem solver
