Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/21/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, on call Employment Type: Travel Surgical Tech | $1,540/ 3x12's | Wilmington, NC Location: Wilmington, NC Weekly Gross: $1,540 (Based on 36 hrs/week) Stipend: $1,000/week (tax-free) Hourly Rate: $15/hr (W2) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a travel assignment at a leading hospital in Wilmington, NC. This role requires CVOR experience and the ability to handle high-acuity, complex cases in a fast-paced, trauma-level environment. The ideal candidate is confident in Vascular, Neuro, Robotics, and Ophthalmology procedures and is comfortable floating to meet unit needs. Responsibilities: Scrub in and assist on multi-specialty surgical procedures including Vascular, Neuro, Ortho/Spine, ENT, and General Surgery Operate and maintain surgical instruments and equipment including the Da Vinci robotic surgical system Maintain aseptic technique and anticipate surgical team needs during procedures Float as needed across surgical units Prepare the OR for surgeries with proper supplies and ensure safety checks Work as part of a Storm/Hurricane Team during disasters or emergencies if assigned Requirements: Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience – Required Must have eye/ophthalmology experience (3-4 rating preferred) Strong skills in Vascular, Neuro, and Robotics – Required Experience with all age groups , trauma, and a wide variety of procedures including laparoscopic and endoscopic cases Certifications: BLS – Required NBSTA Certification – Required Preferred Experience: Outpatient, Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital, Transplant, Bariatrics, Plastics, Ortho/Total Joints, and Da Vinci Robot About 3B Healthcare Inc.
