Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Goldsboro, NC (Wayne Memorial Drive
– 27534) Schedule: Full-time | 36 hrs/week | 12-hour shifts Start
Date: 01/05/2026 Job Summary: Provides safe, competent clinical
nursing care in a hospital setting. The RN coordinates and delivers
patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with the
healthcare team and supporting patient and family needs. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care following
nursing standards Assess patients, update care plans, and support
discharge planning Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for
continuity of care Perform point-of-care testing per policy Educate
patients and families; promote safety and cleanliness Communicate
effectively and support unit goals and quality improvement
Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Education: Nursing Diploma or ADN/ASN (BSN/MSN preferred) License:
Active RN license in North Carolina Certification: BLS (AHA or ARC)
Compensation & Benefits: Pay Range: Competitive and best in the
market Shift differentials for evening, night, weekend, holiday,
and specialty units Relocation incentive up to $10,000 (2-year
commitment) Optional Pay-in-Lieu-of-Benefits (PLB) differential
