Job Description Job Description Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of part-time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Customer Service Representative. Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casually license after 90 days of employment. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answer inbound phone calls and assist our Spanish-speaking customers. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
